 This information will be available on this web page until the close of the Sarasota Masters Art Festival. You can access them at anytime from your computer. We will occasionally add information to this page and we will update you when those additions are made. There is no way you can lose your packet and your dog can not eat them.

Arrival Info for this event

You are able to arrive on the Friday afternoon for a 6PM set up before this show. We will be closing off the street at 6PMand then we will begin setting up. So you may arrive at any time to be prepared to do so. We are guests of this neighborhood so we must be respectful of the area until 6PM and not be parked in the spaces along the location waiting for the street closure.

Booth Numbers  will be posted here once we have finished the jury session, and artists will be directed to this page for all info. We will not mail out any info, it will all be accessed through this web page.

We will begin artist check in and set up at 5PM on Friday. You may arrive anytime after 6PM to set up. You are expected to be finished setting up by 9AM on Saturday and all vehicles must be removed from the area.

When arriving there will be a monitored table set up at the entrance to the festival at The Ringling end of South Palm Avenue., it will be obviously placed. There will be a green check in box on the table where you will sign in and receive your check-in packets. Check-in packets will contain your booth signs, badges, maps, DETAILED booth set up diagrams and other helpful information. A two page welcome letter with detailed information will be included in your packet or placed next to the green box. I realize that you receive these packets on a regular basis. You are expected to read the two-page arrival instructions before leaving the check-in area. The welcome letter is so that I can communicate a few important details to 100 people without having to do so over and over again.

You may arrive anytime after 6PM Friday. Someone will be there to greet you at all times. If you are arriving after that time bring a flashlight and locate your space and set up according to the instructions. Please read the instructions. If you set up in the wrong area or in the wrong way you will have to set up properly again in the morning.

We will have two areas for artist parking that are very convenient, you are asked to use these areas and not to park in the closer parking lots that we expect your customers to use. These locations will be addressed in your welcome letter. Please do not park in the lots designed for our patrons and customers.
