When you apply to one of our events you are only obligated to pay your application fee. Application fees are not refundable under terms and conditions when you complete your application. We will inform you of your acceptance and you will receive an acceptance email.

We will invoice you through Paypal and your invoice will have a due date. After the payment of your booth fee you are committed to do the event. Should you decide not to participate you must notify us via email to be considered for any credit or refund. Should you cancel an event after paying your participation fee we MAY provide you with a refund or credit toward a future event. We are under no obligation to provide a refund or credit. 

Artists who email ahead and cancel prior to an event may receive jury and partial fee exemptions to a future event at the discretion of boulderbrook. If you are unable to make an event at the last moment, it is to your advantage to email us. If we are given enough notification to replace you with another artist we will provide you with a credit towards a future event and in health or hardship circumstances will provide you with a refund. 

 All events are scheduled rain or shine. Refunds will not be made due to weather cancelations or act of God. All events are subject to a Force Majeure provision to suspend or terminate the event and obligations when certain circumstances beyond control, make performance inadvisable, commercially impracticable, illegal, or impossible. The provision states that the contract is temporarily suspended, or that it is terminated if the event of force majeure continues for a prescribed period of time. Under these circumstances fees may not be reimbursed.
